Training Manual > 10 - Groups > Scheduling

Scheduling

The larger the group, the greater the challenge when it comes to scheduling. Note that it may not be necessary for all participants to be at every meeting, if the mediator does a quality job documenting progress that can subsequently be reviewed and refined. The mediator may also want to consider encouraging interest groups to form and designate one or more representatives to attend mediation sessions. The mediator can facilitate caucus meetings within respective interest groups and also personally help to ensure that the true variety of perspectives and interests are represented.
